Micol Norsa

After a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan and a marketing experience in a multinational company, joined Luigi Norsa & Associati, the first consulting firm in Italy specialised in issue and crisis management, as a partner in 2005 and became managing director in 2020.

She collaborates with some of Italian and global communications agencies for providing specific support to their clients during crisis situations and in developing crisis manuals.

She has navigated a wide range of issues and has helped leading national and multinational organizations in preparing for – and managing – critical situations in various fields, from pharmaceutical to chemical, from food to tech.

Micol Norsa conducted countless training session and crisis simulations for top managers and CEOs, to prepare them to deal with critical situations and media interviews.

She is journalist and has been lecturer in university courses and seminars on crisis management and she is author of three professional e-books on communication planning, crisis management preparedness and media interview handling.
